At Sebago, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
